Laser Marking
We offer laser marking services to provide clear and permanent identification on your parts. Whether it's serialization, barcodes, logos, or part numbers, our laser marking technology ensures high-quality markings that withstand harsh environments and provide traceability. To facilitate this, we employ a Keyence 3-Axis Laser Marker MD-X series laser system.
We are capable of marking various metals including aluminum, copper, steels, etc., as well as plastics and anodized parts. Additionally, our laser system is effective in marking flat, curved, and arbitrary surfaces.
Our Berran rotary accessory combined with advanced laser marking software, allows us to precisely mark round parts along an axis. This setup provides consistent, high-quality markings on cylindrical surfaces, ensuring accurate alignment around the entire circumference. Ideal for parts requiring detailed and continuous markings along a central axis, this tool enhances our capability to meet complex marking specifications with efficiency and precision.
